Throughout the contract duration, I assisted the research team in the interviewing participants and preparing transcription documents for the project titled: 'An exploratory study of the effectiveness of a tertiary transition program in preparing secondary school and pre-university graduates for tertiary education in SUTS'.

As an auditor for quality management systems, I conducted ISO 9001:2015 audits with clients from all over Malaysia, from different sectors, both remotely and physically. Carried out document reviews, compile and prepare audit reports. Provided client/customer service before, during and after ISO audits are conducted and address any other inquiries by clients on any occasion. Organized/prepared various client files, and perform various paper work such as data entry, invoicing, purchasing, and others. Provided training/advised clients regarding the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
