• • Lead the provision of Petroleum & Production Engineering (Gas) services through effective supervision and completion of all design and engineering activities related to ensuring the availability and integrity of wells (operability and availability of wells) in order to enable the Asset’s exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, as well as activities related to ensuring the operability and availability of facilities such as Gas wells, subsea pipelines and topside facilities/process plants in order to enable the Asset achieve Gas production as well as injection targets in a safe and timely fashion.• Take up the planning of upcoming Shutdown Turnaround related to Reservoir Productions Operations. The job involves, planning of shutdown tasks on set timeline (detailed planning to Level 4). • Provides technical expertise and support during plant overhaul/shutdown scenarios and coordinates the release of Gas production, injection and processing facilities (wells, towers, pipelines, and process plants) for various activities and projects while ensuring that the different tasks are aligned to Gas production engineering activities and schedules to avoid any delays or disruptions to operations.• Participate in developing dynamic Gas well production & injection as well as dynamic well monitoring implementation plans while recommending appropriate measures in order to help US Field achieve the targeted Gas production and injection levels/ rates and improve overall production/ injection efficiency.• Participate & play focal point of Gas Production Operations Team in the development & implementation of projects related to Gas Facilities at various stages, from initiation to commissioning and start up. Coordinate & follow up with PMT on the projects’ definition and execution subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of feasibility, basic & detailed design, construction, commissioning & start up.

• Prioritize and plans work activities; Use time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Set goals and objectives; Organize or schedule other people and their tasks; Develop realistic action plans.• Provide full support & assistance to Shutdown & Campaign Team for planning and executing shutdowns and special campaign activities in a cost effective and timely manner to ensure plant operational availability and equipment continued integrity.• Assists the Manager- Planning & Strategy (US) in preparing the Operations Planning function budget as well as any budgets for maintenance and engineering schemes, monitor the financial performance versus the budget, and update the Manager- Planning & Strategy (US) on deviations and gaps with proposals on how to improve performance.• Lead the team in preparing the Integrated Master Plan while ensuring that all activities being performed by the drilling, maintenance, projects, integrity, frontline, etc. teams- as well as any other external stakeholders- are being accurately reflected so as to avoid overlaps and clashes in operations, minimize potential losses, optimize resource allocation, and ultimately contribute in achieving targeted production rates for the Asset.• Supervises the planning and tracking of Plant Modification Requests and Engineering Study Work Requests while ensuring that they are aligned to field execution activities as per the operations requirements so as to abide by shareholder guidelines.• Contribute in preparing the Asset Business Plan, Performance Contract for the sake of meeting shareholders guidelines while monitoring deviations and providing remedial & mitigation measures.• Contribute to Technical Committee, Production-Facility-Integrity and provide insight & studies on production, integrity, and maintenance and budget performance to assist Asset Management for meeting objectives purposes.

Provide Operations inputs during project implementation.• Act as Operations Interface for all Asset Inputs into Projects from ASSESS to EXECUTE (until Handover).• Assist in project HSE documents (Philosophy, Plan, QRA, HAZID, HAZOP, PHSER, etc.…) and follow up implementation. Assist in approval of Contractor/Consultant HSE documents.• Control efficient use of manpower, financial and other resources.• Report and control the coasts and project progress.• Liaise with Operations/Assets/Engineering for design proposal acceptability.• Coordinate with Site commissioning/construction activities. Review and manage procedures. • Manage Contractor/Consultant performance including Safety.• Participate in Company Safety programs, implement Safety training. Ensure proper implementation of HSE requirements by Contractor/Consultant. • Ensure that projects incorporate the best industry standards, latest material and up-to-date technologies.• Assist the Engineering/Projects delivery teams on efficient design management and project control.

• Act Division Focal Point for all engineering projects involving third parties and Shareholders that impact oil & gas production and evaluate the environmental impact.• Play interface role between Engineering, Operations & Project Teams during project phases, such as pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover phases.• Contribute in preparing the PBU Key Performance Review (KPR), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Key Performance Contract (KPC) and SLA.• Participate in projects coordination meetings and recognize effect of shutdowns on the oil production.• Coordinate various shutdowns with maintenance and projects teams in an effort to reduce shutdown duration/losses.• Contribute in preparing the PBU Key Performance Review (KPR), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Key Performance Contract (KPC) and SLA.• Participate in projects coordination meetings and recognize effect of shutdowns on the oil production.• Coordinate various shutdowns with maintenance and projects teams in an effort to reduce shutdown duration/losses.• Provide opportunity for strategic projects, maintenance programs, planning to ensure minimum interruption to oil & condensate production and exports & continuous supply of gas to ADGAS.• Participate in auditing projects & modifications, implementation strategy to ensure minimum business interruption, with a low risk factor.• Develop and maintain procedures and agreement for interfaces with part operating companies and Shareholders (Crude Oil & Condensate Offtake Programming & Pump Back and line Clearance Operations Procedures & Service Level Agreements…etc.).
