Project Manager for the Infrastructure Lot: Turnkey power plant project (1x40MW located in Martinique with 40M€ budget)- Planned and coordinated the execution of mechanical and electrical balances of the main plant, as well as the 90KV/63KV EDF substation.- Managed the execution project team in charge of: technical studies, sourcing, site works.- Budgeted and managed the risk. Customer relations and coordination with the others lots (civil works and General Electric power plant lot).

Upgraded the site’s industrial maintenance process of the new software maintenance management system.

Project Manager of a turnkey pumping plant in an Alstom Hydro power – Cegelec joint venture - Drafted and executed a technical study of SCADA system, and coordinated project tenderingprocesses.- Managed project’s financial and contractual aspects.- Managed the relation with customer, suppliers and subcontractors.
