Country Supply chain Director at Delphi MoroccoThree plants for production of wiring harnessesControl on Lean operating system implementation for ordering, scheduling, warehousing and logistics in the three plants of Delphi Morocco.Institutes lean processes and thinking to supply chain elements and functions.Support in foot print decision to balance activities between the Moroccan plants and EU plants.Participate in the elaboration and execution of Delphi Morocco vision to ensure the growth of country competitiveness.Coach and Support the Plant supply chain Managers and their direct reports to meet the company targets.Liaise with Delphi EU organisation to negotiate country targets, cascade them to the plants and validate the action plans to meet them.Active participation in elaboration and monitoring of continuous improvement plans to meet customer demands and company targets.Manage all demand, planning, sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and distribution functions.Manages and optimizes working capital, inventory, and payables to attain monthly and annual committed targets.Control on capacity installed in the plants and direct the related production, deliveries and performance.Active participation in establishing and executing the logistics corporate policies.Identify and lead efforts to minimize preventable losses due to excess supply and obsolescence.Active participation in supplier’s localisation to minimise inventory and to increase supplier flexibility.Develops new warehousing and transportation solutions to streamline the supply chain and reduce overall costs.Establishes metrics to monitor and improve supply chain responsiveness, cost, and quality.Analyses and reports monthly performance and key variances from budget.Monitoring of supply chain KPI’s: Material, Inventory, freight cost, customer coverage, schedule attainment.Ensures system accuracy and maintenance (inventory, standards, PPV’s, future changes).

-Ensure implementation and evolution of health & safety policy.-Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.-Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS, GMP’s and 5S processes.-Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.-Work out the human and material resources needed.-Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business’s objectives.-Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization.-Supervise and motivate the production team.-Make sure that products are of good quality, -Make sure that products are with the right quantity and at the right time.-Ensure that the production is cost effective.-Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.-Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.-Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.-Review the performance of subordinates.
