About Rachit Agarwal
Greetings of the day,I'm currently working as a Project manager in a cybersecurity company in a waterfall method. Handling 2 cross-functional team to initiate & delivery the project as per the plan. I have done 50+ Kick off calls with different customers, both National and International. Have delivered 100+ project within the scope and timeframe as per plan. Have conducted daily internal sprint with managers and cross-functional teams.I took a break from the corporate from Jan 2021 - Nov 2022 after resignation from my previous company which boasted me to start my own side hustle. In that time period, I created a business to have the overall exposure of building a physical brand & product in terms of a Gaming Cafe from a scratch. It's been delegated to run by the staff under Family supervision.My previous experience as a Project manager is in an ed-tech Start-up company Cerebry for 5 months where I joined as an intern and was promoted to Full-time within 2 months. I was working alongside the COO, CTO, CEO, and the head Project manager. I was managing 3 teams which consisted of Developer, Teacher, and a Testing. Scrum Master for 2 of the teams. I Did customer relationship with international client and managing expectations with our sales team.I also have experience as a Project executive or in the role of an Operation executive in 12+ execution of events which includes 3 Sunburn Arena, 1 Airtel Delhi half marathon, and Defexpo 2020 Lucknow (2-month internship project). So, I have handled both short-term & long-term projects with a big & small team and timeline. This gives me an edge over when and what to prioritize in a fast phase workplace.Few more things about me is that I'm a fast learner and have a creative mind. A team player as well as an individual leader. I learn from keynotes, podcasts, books, past experiences, and mostly from other people. I have a keen interest in technology and gadgets so find my way around tech in my hour of need.I was in a team of 4 members, which had an innovative start-up project idea that was selected for 4 incubations during my time in engineering, it was an extensive research-based project so we didn't continue with it. In the past years have been associated with NGO to learn and get inspired by other team members.I have a vast interest in these fields as somehow they contribute to overall world growth such as Technology, Media, Food, Healthcare, Social work, Gaming, Sports and Start-ups.I'll always appreciate an opportunity to learn something new in any field.
