As an entrepreneur for one of India’s leading manufacturers of natural skincare and beauty products, my idea is to create a supportive company culture that fosters growth for individuals as well as the organization.I have always loved adventures and sought out challenges. While most can claim to have set up only one business in their lifetime, I’m a veteran entrepreneur. After establishing some of India’s most iconic cosmetic products in India, including Black Rose Kali Mehandi and Color Mate, I’m on the mission to craft the widest range of path-breaking ‘Made in India’ personal care products for the world OxyGlow Cosmetics.I entered the cosmetics business at the young age of 16 when I realized that beauty parlours and salons in small towns are highly in demand but lack affordable & quality products. With this idea, I established OxyGlow Cosmetics to create an Indian multinational natural cosmetic brand.Today, OxyGlow is one of the best Cosmetic Companies in India, where we ensure that rural people are also able to enjoy the product. With an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, I have always set up a series of innovative ventures giving new heights to the personal and beauty care market of Tier 2 and 3 cities in India. Targeting small-town salons in India, I introduced my first cosmetic product - a handmade facewash in 2009. The product was a hot selling cake, and then there was no looking back from there. And soon, we were one of the top cosmetic brands in India. It takes a lot of savvy, heightened awareness, and sound judgment to identify a viable business opportunity and figure out how it can be transformed into a high-growth business model. Today OxyGlow Cosmetics has become a synonym for natural and quality beauty products in India and is also creating waves in the quality-conscious global markets. Presently the company is exporting its products to more than 10 countries, including the Middle East, UAE, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, USA, Yamen, Madagascar, and Australia.
