We primed ourselves into a key exporter of packaging and plastic products to Australia, Yemen, Canada, UK, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, South Africa, Russia and several other nations.In this entrepreneurship role, I’ve been supervising family lineage enterprise in more ways than one. I have gained significant business expertise and assimilated specialized thrust in setting up of financial control systems, overall management of business, achievement of company targets and ensuring operational profitability for business.My biggest challenge was managing company’s multi-million debt. Given the revenue levels and eroding profitability it was unviable to service debt obligations. I immediately proposed a detailed restructuring of the entire outstanding debt in tandem with the cash flow position of the company. After 6 months of hard work, we competently restructured the entire debt of 10 years and steered the company out of financial predicament. I thus spearhead and contribute ingenious strategic initiatives for nailing business/financial challenges and provide sturdy guidance for entire progression cycle from conceptualization to implementation viz. production plans to product branding to re-negotiating purchase contracts with the suppliers to handling recruitment.
