Techno-Functional role for day-day management of Residential and Hospitality team

My journey in Arth design build started with a luxurious residnetial interiors project. Right from the client brief to working on design concepts and understanding the technical fesability of design versus onsite conditions, reaching out to vendors explaining the drawings, market survey for new and different products. Hence my no.of projects kept increasing and my knowledge and interest towards interiors kept growing. Eventually my whole jounrey in Arth has taught me,1.Understanding client brief.2.Developing concpets w-r-t Aesthetic and Functionality.3.Client front ending.4.Market survey for new products.5.Meeting new/old vendors for cost negotiation.6.Manging site along with site incharge to understand the basic issues which occur at site 7.Managing team and not loosing grip on design .8.Bringing in new clients and creating a sales startegy for the company.9.Basic understanding of project management and vendor handling.10.working on detail drawings and cooridnating with team for timely submission.

In matrix architecture solutions, Being a fresher just walked out of college with lot of energy and passion, I was lucky enough to learn reality versus dream.Being a fresher I got a chance to work on,1.
