✪ In a nutshell -> I have always been a “problem-solver” professionally and personally, which naturally drew me to the Strategy Consulting industry. I am passionate about adding value to businesses, helping them overcome challenges, and staying ahead of the competition. Throughout my career, I have led and executed numerous complex (i) market entry/growth strategy and (ii) open innovation/new business creation engagements across Asia Pacific for Fortune 500 companies and Govt organisations.✪ Professionally -> Seasoned strategy consultant + ex-technopreneurI am a seasoned strategy consultant and former technopreneur. I previously served as the Country Manager for Solidiance Asia Pacific, headquartered in Singapore (now Japanese-owned) where I covered ASEAN and India region. After my ~5yrs with Solidiance, in 2015, I embarked on my venture, launching Conquerem—the world’s first marketplace for boutique market research and consulting firms focused on emerging markets. Conquerem connected over 1,000 organizations across 50+ countries and received critical appreciation and mentorship from senior consulting professionals throughout Asia.This experience with Conquerem has been invaluable, shaping me as a leader, consulting professional, and individual. Post Conquerem, I moved back to Singapore to continue my passion for strategy consulting. Since the past ~8yrs, I have been working with Japan’s IGPI Group which focuses on advisory and investments. Till 2020, I was supporting the C-suite of Fortune 500s with strategy planning, M&As, and open innovation advisory across ASEAN, India and Oceania. Post 2020, I moved with IGPI Group to Australia to lead its expansion down under!✪ Personally -> Student for life + passionate travellerI am a lifelong learner and a strong advocate for continuous self-improvement. In addition to my formal education, I have earned numerous certifications from prestigious institutions, including INSEAD, NYU Stern, MIT Sloan, and Wharton. I also hold a WSET wine certification and aspire to advance to its higher levels in the near future.Having travelled to over 40 countries, I’m always planning my next trip (now that we are out of the Covid-era!), whether for work or leisure. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, appreciating Australia’s endless beauty and beaches, exploring new apps, and listening to podcasts.
