Maintain electrical equipment and providing electrical needs

PT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) is Main Contractor for Modern Rice Milling Plant (MRMP) Building Construction. Hirred by Site Manager for helping HSE Officer to doing administrative job and helping Engineer Staff by doing correction in CAD civil drawing. Beside it, our intership team study about machinery for premium rice production, automation and instrument behind, and working principle by looking at Flow Diagram and field research. From different point of view, we analyze about safety instrumented system in Rice Milling Unit, Dryer Unit, and Silo Unit. Found that Rice Milling Unit in particular at High Pressure Air Supply System for machinery have no safety instrumented system (that maybe risk for worker), so we did risk analysis and Hazid. We proposing about design of distribution system with safety instrumented system behind to reduce risk for worker.
