 To ensure daily operations and activities support in line with FS and Property Management and Hard Services Policy/procedure and ensure all services are delivered as per agreed timeline with high qualities. Continuously searching alternatives and initiatives to improve the process to provide the excellence services to the organization. Provide department budget to be proposed to Department Head and maintain the facility services department budget controlling, provide expense ratio analysis and always search alternative ways to save the cost. Develop and update procedures and policies for Facility Services Department and communicate them to the business units. Responsible for staff’s development in Facility Services to ensure staff’s skills and capability are improved and ensure the skills are spread evenly across the staffs Provide Monthly reports of FS operations Monitoring office space renovation and Office Space Management at AXA Head Office and Branches  Monitoring and review BQ from vendors

FM for Commonwealth Bank - Report to Account Manager. Responsible for Site Services for Commonwealth Bank, facility maintenance, Vendor Management, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance (AC, Genset), Asset Management, pest control, legal document and Security System.

Report to Finance Director• Responsible for all property manner and asset management for branch office such as land acquisition, relocated, renovation, processing new building, property lease.• Responsible for site surveying, negotiation with Landlord, agreement process, concept design, lay out plan, design details drawings (prepared all design manners, material scheme and quotation). • Coordinating demand of the design and construction and communicated with purchasing division, related consultant, contractor and site supervisor. • Preparing, monitoring and checking the draft of design and shop drawing, estimation, and constructions. Monitoring the project and supervised to the site.
