Sr. Process Engineer of IVD Instruments with responsibility as follows :1. IVD instruments process-related documentation, include SOP, WI and validation files. 2. As operation representative to attend NPI project, also work as R&D to complete new product design transfer.3. Lead Subordinates as key of product quality to do troubleshoot all production issues and drive continuous improvement in production (Assembly, Debugging, QC/testing, Packing). 6. Equipment, Jig/Fixture & Tools preparation to support increment of productivity.7. Lead investigation, root cause analysis and risk assessment, track the effectiveness of countermeasures. 8. Support product registration activity with other department to ensure product registration and type testing on track. 9. Make part design / development and evaluation of mechanical/structural of Instruments with consider to Quality, Cost, Productability, Serviceability, Safety.10. Lead Testing/evaluation Product performance and safety align as User Requirement Specification according to IEC & SNI standard.11. Work with R&D to write DDF, MDF and registration technical files for new products.12. Work close liase accross Department to support project smoothly of Domestic Medical Devices Product (AKD) and raise up value as much as of Local Content (TKDN) for each Instrument13. Design and make the calculation about specification requirement of radiator/heat exchanger product based on clients/customers requested that refers to international Technique standard such as; ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, AWS, etc.2. Created as built technical drawing by CAD based on spesification data of client and design data of product. Also preparing of Bill of material / Bill of quantity material of product.3. Created and preparing of engineering document such as ; tender document, drawing, project report and its supplement document.4. Remodelling/ remodify and measuring of product as customized by client/customers requirements.5. Distribution technical drawing of product to all departments.6. Monitoring the progress project from the begining untill finish and handling about quality issue in production/durung fabrication that related with engineering department about design product.7. Job Responsibilities :1. Make a concept and drawing using CAD of boiler and all its instruments.2. Checking the design and instruments are based on technical standard spesification(ASME, ASTM, ANSI, etc.).3. Make a list of BoM / BoQ of drawing based on technical standard spesification.3. On site project to backup the project engineer make surely the designs are precise with the drawing from the begining until finishing project.4. Monitoring the progress project on site project to make some evaluation and report progress project for engineering department.
