I started working on Talkitout in the second year of my college, having a deep understanding of the suffering of depressed and stressed souls around me, I tried getting Psychologists and Psychiatrists onboard wherein students can have one on one with them. It's hard to have in-person conversations, students asked for anonymity. Built a Facebook group and a website where students can anonymously chat with career councilors, psychologists, psychaitrists. Launched Talkitout.co.in, where the tag line is "Spread smiles, miles and miles....."We built strategies to scale up, executed a few, had financial crunch and then I joined my first job, to experience the industry.The journey of building this startup has not ended yet.

A startup headquartered in Chicago, where each day is an opportunity to dig deep into Health Care data of millions of US citizens. As a product analyst, the key responsibility is to understand the market, analyze the data and come up with the product ideas that can break a great deal for both( the company and the clients)Key Deliverables:1. Designed a product that is a one-stop platform to know about all the account balances( HSA, FSA, HCFSA, 401(K) etc:)2. Designed App 3.0, the mobile(( ios and android) platform called Myevive, where an employee can understand and comprehend all the healthcare and financial benfits offered by his/her employer. Added some key features like a Co-branded Logo.3. Revamped the UI to accommodate client requests and maintain strong identity of the company.4. Enhanced User Experience by placing the buttons in the thumb zone, adhering to material design guidelines, solving product scalability issues by merging screens, streamlining onboarding and sign-in process.5. Cleared the Product Backlog, dug insights from Kibana to prioritize product enhancements.6. Worked closely with developers, production support, QA team, designers and PMs to understand and experience SDLC in an Agile Frame Work
