I was the Dean for under-graduate management programmes and looked after the academic collaboration with Dublin Institute of Technology.I taught Social Sector Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Communication, New Venture Creation, Research Skills, English Communication to both PostGraduate students of Management as well as Under-Graduate students.

I taught subjects like Social Sector Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Business Communication.I managed the collaborative M.Sc. International Business and the B.Sc. Business Management programmes with the Dublin Institute of Technology. My responsibilities included implementing the programme, faculty management, student management, examination compliance procedures, moderations at Exam Board Meetings at Dublin.

I raised funds, managed and implemented for from the EU (Small Project Facility), conducted research and knowledge sharing for the MSME sector between EU and India. Coordinated all centre activities like managing partners such as the French Chamber of Commerce In Paris, Robert Schuman University, University of Aix Marseilles, University of Wuppertal, and liasoned with European Chambers and Embassies in India.

My responsibility included compliance to the MOU between Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and the partner institutions of which the Chambers of Commerce in Paris was the leader of the initiative.

School dropouts studied at this special facility. The pedagogy that was used here was the Rudolf Schteiner philosophy which in simple words meant that I was to teach the children English language 'like a mother'.

I taught the Japanese Postal Officers and Staff under training in this college. The college is located in Kunitachi, Japan.

This was an alternative education school for school drop-outs.

I took classes in English and Geography as a volunteer. I interacted mainly with the class 10 students though I held one session each with each class in the school. @0 years later, when I visited the school, an ex-student of this school has become a teacher here and remembered some poems we has sung together at the time!
