As director of operations at Stark Manufacturing LLC, I am responsible for the operations at our facility in Paris, AR, which provides tubular flow solutions to the automotive, military, heavy truck, and marine industries. This includes fostering partnerships with customers to provide world class quality and on time delivery at globally competitive prices. These goals are achieved through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles throughout the organization from the production floor to the front office. As a member of the senior management team, I lead kaizen events with cross functional teams to relentlessly eliminate waste through all facets of our operations.
