Before I founded my own company, I created project named 3R studio. The name 3R took origin in the first letters of my names (Robert Roman Rachwał). My third name is Rafał :)Under the name of 3R I created my first websites. In this time I also created my first start-up - e-solarium.pl. I'm really happy that clients from 3R studio are now the clients of ClickMaster Polska.

My only training had place in Krakow Interactive Agency Krakweb.pl. Thanks to this experience I got to know new tools and I learned more about IT. I felt what it means to work full time and get up at 6 a.m. and I decided, that in future, I'll be my own boss. That were very inspiring and motivating two months in my life.

I started my adventure in IT world in high school. Today this news servie is called Dziennik Internautów but back then was named Web Express. I started training in this service, which continued as yearlong cooperation. My job was to create news about Internet, as well in business, as in everyday life. Nowadays Dziennik Internautów is one of the oldest and biggest independent polish online newspapers.Today I sentimentally look at my first references, written by Krzysztof Gontarek.
