I flourish behind the scenes in a lab with my analytical, out-the-box/creative thinking and adaptable nature. 1 thing I admire about laboratory technicians and scientists is the fact that, although they play their role behind the scenes, they have an equally integral part in providing safety for patients, but also for every day people. If I had the opportunity to be involved and contribute to a company that provides that safety, it would bring myself a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, making me more motivated and passionate in the work I do.
