In my role as Team Lead at Picnic, I was responsible for guiding and motivating my team of employees to consistently reach their goals. I oversaw their behavior, performance, and managed their contracts. Apart from being a Team Lead, I was managing the process at work daily. This includes managing logistics for inbound & outbound deliveries of products, supervising the currently working employees, etc. I also worked extensively with Grafana’s dashboard analysis software and Picnic’s warehouse management system to ensure smooth operations. Operations were extensively tracked using automated sheets & time management software. Furthermore, I created, led and contributed to various projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our fulfillment center.
