As a Human Resources Generalist at eSUB Construction Software, I apply my BS in Psychology and my employee relations expertise to support the company's mission of empowering subcontractors. I have over two years of experience in the HR field, working previously at PIRCH, a luxury home appliance retailer, where I started as a Recruiting Coordinator and then transitioned to a HR Generalist role. In both positions, I was responsible for onboarding new hires, managing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies. I also have strong skills in communication and problem-solving, which enable me to facilitate smooth and efficient operations and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
