Work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met during the process of the pool permit application stage. Assist with recruiting and onboarding staff – review applications, interview and hire staff. Active role in creating offer letters and onboarding tasks for new employees. Track and assist with maintenance of a fleet of company vehicles and assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, including some accounts payable/receivable and costing tasks for operations.
