- Responsible for discovery, research, ideation, interface design, prototyping and user testing- Lead 9 websites and web app projects end-to-end, with clients including Suzuki Marine, Neoscape, Forrest Personnel, APPA and Montgomery Investment using Adobe XD and Figma

- Collaborated with program and facility managers to update over 1000 pages and assets within the LaTrobe student site to align with the new study development system- Directed LaTrobe’s scholarship website overhaul, including site architecture, user flow and improved overall user experience- Engaged with LaTrobe’s student advising team to streamline students’ point of contact by reworking the ASK La Trobe home page

- Produced UI design for The Collagen Co e-commerce website, including web pages, iconography and animation- Operated on client e-commerce CMS to incorporate products and inventory within the site using WordPress and Wix- Conducted research for clients to create a distinctive brand identity, including competitive research, user persona, site architecture

- Developed user experience for 8 different research institute websites in collaboration with program directors and content managers- Managed Facebook and Twitter accounts for Deakin Disruptr by creating daily posts and growing both accounts from 0 to 2000 likes and followers respectively- Worked closely with writers to publish over 50+ articles on the Deakin website and manage its CMS (Squiz Matrix)
