Worked as a senior member of the dedicated investor leasing team providing strategic advice to a diverse investor client base on their office portfolios across London; key clients included Aviva Investors, Motcomb Estates, CBRE Global Investors, U&I, AXA Investment Managers and Landid.Client Relationship Manager - office lead to Motcomb Estates and CBRE Global Investors providing asset and portfolio strategy advice in the context of holding/exit strategies by leveraging market knowledge and occupational expertise to advise the client on optimisation of their office portfolios. Worked closely with existing tenants as well as Investment, Project Management, Property Management and Retail client teams.- Strategic Consulting, Leasing and Development Advice – Landid & FORE Partnership - design, strategic consultancy and leasing advice on comprehensive 100,000 sq ft redevelopment which included the creation of additional floors and the repositioning of a landmark building.- Occupier Disposal – Deutsche Bank – disposal of 62,000 sq ft in Victoria within 4 months of instruction by way of assignment releasing DB from the lease covenant.- Development Consultancy: Pre-Let Advice – Crosstree Real Estate Partners - development and letting advice to Crosstree, securing a pre-let on 32,000 sq ft to Waypoint Capital.

Worked with senior members of the Central London Office leasing team, taking increasing leadership and responsibility of clients across leasing and redevelopment campaigns. Working in partnership with clients providing advice throughout the entire life cycle of their assets.Complex Projects - provided advice to Investment colleagues during acquisitions (8 Waterloo Place on behalf of Barings); collaborating with project management, planning and building consultancy teams on redevelopments and refurbishments (15 Rathbone Place on behalf of RLAM). Both schemes required occupational and redevelopment input at multi-disciplinary design meetings with the client, architect and full project team with latter involvement property management- Leasing Negotiations – AVIVA Investors & Exemplar – leasing of 82,000 sq ft at 2 Fitzroy Place tomultiple tenants in a new landmark development setting new benchmark rents for the local market.- Leasing and Development Advice – U&I & Aberdeen Standard Investments – 277,000 sq ft at 10 & 12 Hammersmith Grove – initial leasing of 10 HG to multiple tenants led on to further development improvement input on 12 HG where both buildings outperformed the market achieving record rents and full occupancy within 12 months of practical completion.

Wide reaching role as key support, and latterly as lead, on both disposals and acquisitions across the West End as well as the South East, developing strong knowledge of both markets and a strong network among local and national agents.- Leasing and Development Advice – Freshwater – 122,000 sq ft Africa House – design, development and letting advice provided for the transformation of this Grade II listed building leading to securing letting of the whole to Mishcon de Reya.- Acquisition Experience – Gateway Communications - 65 Grosvenor Street – acquired high profile floor in landmark building at significant discount to upper floors in order to secure prominent HQ base for rapidly growing telecoms business.- Planning & Development - Invaluable experience and knowledge gained from submission of high profile proposals in terms of planning policy impacts on the viability of schemes and the understanding of key areas and issues required in order to submit successful applications.Created a strong network across the firm which enabled successful collaboration with colleagues from a wide range of disciplines, including leasing, rating, planning, investment and valuation teams. This network facilitated delivery of excellent service to clients when undertaking planning, valuation and agency work.
