As Manager (and from July 2016 - June 2021 Senior Manager), I worked closely with clients to identify and implement solutions to financial setbacks. In addition, I managed staff and uplifted their approach to client problem-solving. I ensured client outcomes were ethical, beneficial, and provided significant value. I also improved my team’s efficiency - enhancing processes, planning, and scheduling. As Supervisor during a period of rapid growth, I trained all new staff, demonstrating to them that doing what’s right and being legally compliant matters most. I know people don’t like to be micromanaged, so when leading smaller assignments and contributing to larger projects, I focused on securing consensus, nurturing others’ expertise as intermediate and senior accountants, and chasing shared goals.
