I have more than 20 years experience at different positions within international company and telecommunication leader in Slovakia (Slovak Telekom / Deutsche Telekom). I started in 1993 with technology strategies development and tender documentation. After that I added technology implementation, development and building telecommunication network. From 1998 I was responsible for leading team and virtual teams, leading TOP Projects, design and optimizations of main processes, quality audits, document management system for network technical solution materials and SixSigma Projects. I had active and passive access to the main Telekom systems (Cramer_ Network element management, SAP, Siebel_ CRM system, TTM _Trouble Ticket Management, MWF _Mobile Work Force, SharePoint - Document management). I spend years in the company that has changed own history and business model. To reach market position and to be always on top, had to go through tens of organizational changes, integration processes (joining fix and mobile and IT companies), completely to swap technology and implement new information systems. I was involved in a many mandatory projects to help with design, development, coordination and evaluation.My internal customers were managers responsible for keeping quality, Mass Market and Infrastructure and colleagues involved in technology network migration processes. My daily duties and responsibilities were dedicated to technology migration and quality analyses (internal key performance indicators and international benchmark).I like to be part of team with new challenges.
