Deckard & Penfield is a recruitment and consultancy company specialized in the field of information and telecommunications technologies (ICT). It searches for specialists mainly in the field of IT. Nevertheless, it can also provide capacities for business, finances and administration. My duties:• active searching and recruitment of ICT specialists• coordinating interviews• interviewing• processing of outputs from the interview• communication with the clients and candidates• executive search• extending and up-dating the database of contacts We are looking for IT specialists exclusively for Unicorn - a group of companies owned by Vladimír Kovář.

• leading interviews (positions for company headquarters, organization and participation on AC)• complete care for management trainee program• cooperation with labor agencies (positions at the store and at the headquarters)• creating reports and recruitment campaigns, training local leaders• support for 140 stores - creating and records of recruitment reward (Christmas, vacation), • implementation of SMS recruitment• entering and creation of advertisement (newpapers, teamio, dellvery, billboard), participation on creating training materials, company presentation on labor traide-fairs, care for recruitment line, e-mail attendace check-ups

• keeping records of incoming CVs, preselection, arranging schedule of interviews, refusing work candidates, hadling recruitment line, searching for suitable candidates using LMC, entering and creating advertisement in LMC G2• creating weekly reports, developing recruitment support activities reports of recruitment rewards, checking payouts, ensuring payouts• reporting to employment offices, administration of benefits
