About Radek Vrána

I am head of research and development at One3D and I am responsible for long-term RnD projects and the research team including the laboratory. We are using additive technologies together with innovative approaches (topology optimization, generative design, material science,...) to bring a future advantage to the products or industrial processes. I have an experience in leadership and enjoy taking responsibility. I like challenges and solving problems. My goal is to be a professional project manager and skilled leader.
