Supervised and evaluated operational effectiveness of retail stores in the assigned region to ensure all store standards are in place and aligned to brand’s global standards and operational policies. Controlled the recruiting of employees and ensured they are trained according to corporate guidelines and operational policies, in order to drive sales performance and enhance customer experience. This included new hires as well as tenured employees.Provided support and guidance to store teams and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver end-to-end process controls.
