Project Structured Finance & Capital markets (Debt/Equity)

- Partnership Origination, proposal preparation as well as reviewing and exploring untapped opportunities for the untapped motor vehicle financial technology space. - Review of potential business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Planning and preparation of weekly business development presentations.

I kept a record of all financial activities and made certain the balance statement each month was kept up to date. I made sure that every receipt regarding my subsection of the organisation was always retained and accounted for. I attended weekly meetings with other Finance Reps in the organisation to exchange our progress reports and ideas in which could help increase revenue.

I ensured that every member of the organisation was always on schedule with the assignments appointed to them. I also guaranteed that all the new recruits I led to the organisation were well settled in and given an opportunity to decide what department would be most suitable for them.
