In 2012, we founded Drona Yoga School in Chennai. Since then, am a full time Yoga Teacher. Having taught more than 600 students, I also mentor fresh Teacher Trained graduates to build their teaching practice.Apart from teaching Yoga on the mat, I guide students to apply what they learn and practice, in their daily life. We call it Yoga off the mat!Special Yoga - working with children who are super special and have different needs, it is interesting to look beyond the labels, to look at their possibilities rather than the limitations. Yoga works wonders!Prenatal Yoga gives such contentment! To comfort the mother and unborn child through various aspects of Yoga practice, to help them enjoy their pregnancy and prepare them for childbirth and after, is an experience of sorts. Skype Classes is the latest hit! Initially it was started for my students who moved to different cities, but now new students meet me online and take my classes regularly.
