Operational Risk Manager
Current• Double hatting role clearly defining work segregation for SBIUK and SBI London Branch.• Articulate risk, mitigation plans and heat map in accordance with the framework. • Design, assess and maintain qualitative/ quantitative risk appetite with associated metrics. Monitor and report risk indicator breaches that needs management attention• Conduct RCSA, through cross functional workshops and analyse the inherent risk and residual impact for Capital requirement• Conduct scenario analysis by working with stakeholders to develop and quantify tail scenarios in operational risk for ICAAP and Recovery planning and support with preparation of the documents.• Handle Incident Management for both entities • Monitoring Financial risk associated with climate change.
