IQVIA (Quintiles IMS) & Quest Diagnostics Joint Venture• Global liaison for Pre-analytical, Biorepository and Specimen management operations.• Drive process harmonization & Implementation of Innovative IT solutions for Specimen Management / LIMS to support Central Lab delivery model.• Responsible for standardizing and rolling out an integrated costing/pricing model for specimen management and storage services for the JV.• Drive revenue recognition initiatives to realize significant “un-billed revenue” post integration.

IQVIA (Quintiles IMS) & Quest Diagnostics Joint Venture• Lead Lab Operations integration for the Joint Venture.• Drive the footprint optimization initiative in winding down and consolidating multiple site operations globally including transition of Lab and Biorepository operations.• Project manage sample level rationalization, consolidation and transfer of the storage inventory for Q2 Biorepositories globally.
