As a DPM MEP in Quality execution, Planning, Billing,site monitoring and as per time line succesful delivery of project management department at CBRE gurgaon.I am responsible for all mep execution work at currently Sarvodaya Hospital and Research Centre Faridabad Sector 8.which is 400+ bed large hospital project.Previously I was at M3M 65 th avenue gurgaon Sector 65 having a very large commercial complex & mall a very large world class school of 35 floor with a luxury residential towers 8 nos of 48 floors here all mep execution work is getting commissioned step by step with zero tolerance acceptance in my supervision .

This project is a luxury corporate office of safexpress in gurgaon sector 18. it's G+ 6 floor building with 3 basement. in 2.5 acres. here I am working as a project incharge MEP I am the person who is responsible for all MEP work from start to end here I finalize all MEP tender & boq, Review & check all drawings schedule site co ordination meeting along with consultant, architect, & vendors, check & ensure quality of all supply & installation of material related to mep as all electrical, complete hvac, bms, fas, cctv, plumbing, fire fighting, cooling tower, dg set, lifts, audiotorium av system, entire it ,data & network system, signal Booster , water body, stp, wtp all entire work has been checked & finalised by me also talking hand over of the entire system properly from assigned vendors. Also coordinate with civil, & interior team related to completion of project on bar chart schedule. Coordinate with account department related to contractor payments & bill verification. A very great exposure found here & learn alot of things here with power of self decision related to mep work at site.

Radisson blu agra is a 5 star hotel project with 250 rooms along with largest banquet in agra currently it is owned by Taj group called Taj agra. here I was as HVAC head responsible for entrie Hvac system from tendering finalization to installation & handover the entire system. I also coordinate & monitor all lv side work as bms, fas, cctv, hydrolic car parking, fire fighting, plumbing, electrical, lift, boiller, laundry equipment installation including verification of bills, Rate analysis, tender preparation, tender bidding schedule meeting along with higher management. it's very decent property & luxury 5 star hotel in agra.

All MEP Execuition & Cordination Work at site Project Description is itsTech park site in Greater noida near surajpur here is G+ 10 floor 250 rooms 5 star hotel of IHG group holiday Inn with very large banquet ,Three It tower G+ 32/28/22 floor Mall cum multiplex G+ 3,3 Residential studio apartment of G+ 12 floorhere our role is supervision & coordination of all MEP work as Electrical, plumbing, hvac, firefighting, Bms, fas, cctv work site as per drawing, check & verify all contractor RABill measurements ensure quality of execution at site. Also monitor & maintain all DG diesel consumption report, electricity bill record, Maintainance of all machinery items as Tractor, jcb, hydra, tower crane, bar bending & cutting machine, vibrator, raise indent for electrical items for temporary lighting at site. Handle all electrician, plumber, operator at site I have learned alot of thing from this project. I also work here with other residential projects as Amrapali castle, Amrapali golfhomes, centurianpark, & leaisure valley also. At all these project I have handle ,monitor & responsible for different role as some where Electrical connection sanctioned & liaisoning work related to electrical, some where responsible for plumbing & fire some where only Hvac. I have spent around 6 years at this group with different role & responsibility.
