Today, Mangala and Bhagyam are cumulatively contributing more than 20% of India’s current domestic crude oil production.Working as Sr. Associate (Buyer) following are the roles & responsibilities handled:• Handling Procurement & Contracts - Engineering & Projects ,plants, systems and components via Ariba Smartsource online tendering and Manual sourcing , which include : Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Piping, and Civil Engineering procurement & contracts:- - Preparation and processing of tenders extensively via Ariba online smart sourcing. - Techno-commercial evaluations, negotiation and awarding contract. - Creating purchase orders,Service orders and contracts in SAP. - Incharge of all Procurement via Ariba online sourcing and making tender passports in PACE online. - contract negotiations - Vendor Development- Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials.- use of Ariba supplier management for finding and developing new suppliers.. - Identifying cost competitive sources for required materials with essential quality standards.

• Procurement, Purchase & Billing:- Co-ordination with supply vendors, creating supply vendors in SAP(vendor Development) ,raising purchase orders, making PO’s in SAP, releasing PO’s through SAP, good receipt note(SAP), MIR7(SAP) , maintaining master sheets, booking consumption of materials and providing payment to vendors.Nodal Officer SAP (MM): Responsible for providing co-ordination, support & troubleshooting regarding all SAP (MM) works for all departments at project site.• Co-ordination with contractors and HO Finance, creating service vendors in SAP, raising work orders, SAP documentation of work orders in SAP, vetting, bill processing, service entries & MIR7 in SAP and providing payment to contractors.• Planning & Execution of E&M works, Co- ordination with site and Head Office, Gurgaon.• IT & Communication: In charge of IT & Communication setup & maintenance works of whole project, providing WEB connectivity at offices & sites, SAP connectivity with HO, LAN works.• Maintenance Works: Handling maintenance of Electronic & Electrical, Vehicles at Site and other equipments & devices like computers, printers, DG Sets etc. • Operation & maintenance of 66/11 KV Substation and 66KV transmission Line.
