Restructured Major Maintenance Avionics Systems handling and identified special tools and equipment for Handling Base Maintenance Activities. Helped in workflow management while carrying out Mandatory Modification of Reinforced Cockpit Door at minimum ground time required and made it possible to carry out the same even during Night Stop Checks. This enabled Jet Airways to be the forerunner in completing the Mandatory Modification across the fleet of B 737 - classic & NG Aircraft and ATR 72 Airplanes.Interacted with the newly developed AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance Operating system (India) Team in coordinating and making it functioning smoothly in all situations. Leading the Avionics Team in rectifying Carry Forward Defects and worked along with a Boeing Representative in changing the routing of the B 737 NG Aircraft Nose Landing Gear Conduit Wiring Harness, so as to reduce possibility of Wire Chaffing during retraction - extension sequences.

Worked along with the Chief Engineer / Vice President, Engineering in start-Up establishment and developing policies and culture for the new Airline Operations. Interacted with the Embraer Brasil team and got trained on Embraer 170 & 175 Airplane & systems.System development and assistance to the fresh Engineers in Maintenance of the new Aircraft which is made almost fully Fly By Wire Systems.

Acted as a subject matter expert advising S/W Development Engineers about the inter-connectivity and operational logic's of all the Aircraft Systems.

Established Avionics System Technical Service Division. Instrumental in developing number of Local Modifications and Installation of Reinforced Cockpit Door as per the Mandatory Modifications. Scripted the All weather operation (CAT II / CAT !!! Autoland Manual).
