With over 13 years of experience in the regulatory compliance domain, I have a comprehensive understanding of the information barrier and control room functions, surveillance systems and tools, and global banking and markets regulations and best practices.I am passionate about driving innovation and efficiency in the compliance function, leveraging fintech solutions and process reengineering. I have been an integral part of Nomura's Voyager program, which aims to identify and collaborate with fintech startups to create new products and services for the capital markets industry.
