CurrentManaging 3 programs with a cumulative annual program budget of 800K Euros, Programs involve software development and software validation activities for various wayside signaling system and maintenance systemcoordination with Global planning team for providing planning of the subsystems development in line with global planning for the way side systemRequirement analysis, estimation, preparation of proposal, project initiation, Budgeting, Plan preparation, risk identification and analysis, identification of training needs, scheduling delivery, milestones, change management and preparation of various planning documents like EMP, SwDP, SwCMP, SwVVP, SVP..etc in line with CENELAC guidelinesParticipating in various Audits (internal and External) and monitor the closure of the Audit findingsCoordination with counterpart in bringing up process improvement and updating the work instruction document.Constant improvement of Bangalore team’s involvement in project scope and participate in Maturity review with the stake holders to access team’s maturity and capabilityGap analysis in terms of Resource, Technical competency and infrastructure, constantly coordinate with stakeholders and device a mitigation plan to reduce the gap, Monitor the corrective actions to minimize the gap thus making sure the Bangalore team becomes independent and reducing the onsite dependencyProviding regular status updates to appropriate steering committees, stakeholder groups, and executive leadership to make sure all parties were aligned with their expectationsMonitoring of risks, issues, dependencies, contingency plans and available resources to remove any roadblocks resulting in 99% of milestones achieved on timeEstablishing quality test development & execution activities in timely manner to deliver the non-Vital products rapidly. Effectively coordinating technical aspects of Engineering team, ensuring the team works closely with Product Managers, Systems , Hardware and Software Engineers
