Designed and launched RWA Works, a series of five introductory level online courses aimed at supporting inclusion related learning among Canadian businesses (these are publicly available at http://readywillingable.ca/employers/rwa-works/). Courses support businesses in increasing their knowledge and understanding of intellectual disability and autism, highlight best practices for implementing organizational change and share promising practices for sourcing and selecting top talent.Promoted successful partnerships with Canadian businesses and the benefits of inclusive and accessible workplaces through the development of communication and marketing materials and business-focused educational resources and tools. Networked, collaborated and forged partnerships with community stakeholders in order to develop robust talent pipelines, ensure needed accommodations were in place and achieved overall project aims. Project Achievements: *Since the fall of 2014, Ready, Willing & Able has supported businesses across Canada in hiring persons with an intellectual disability or autism to fill 3500+ jobs. *Developed formal national partnerships with 8 businesses (e.g. Costco Wholesale, Home Depot Canada, Holloway Lodging, Value Village, Purolator, PepsiCo and Deloitte)

The Employment Recovery Project was short-term initiative aimed at improving workplace inclusion for persons on the autism spectrum or with an intellectual disability through addressing critical hiring and support needs that have emerged in response to COVID-19. The Employment Recovery Project was delivered by Inclusion Canada (formerly the Canadian Association for Community Living) and the Canadian Autism Spectrum Disorder Alliance (CASDA) and worked in collaboration with Ready, Willing and Able.*Led a national team of staff and consultants to successfully meet ambitious project deliverables within a short project timeline*Oversaw program fidelity across provinces and territories; managed all program operations and budgets; developed workflows and mechanisms for effective tracking and reporting*Successfully delivered Project Fast Track, a place-based training program designed to connect job seekers with businesses in growth sectors. 2012: Qualitative Research Methods2012-2014 (3 terms): Disability & Rehabilitation - The first cross-discipline course offered within the school. Developed, piloted and refined the course over three consecutive academic years. The course culminated in the development of a book chapter in an introductory social work textbook published by Oxford University Press in 2015 and again in 2020.

Managed a program of research related to the lived experiences of children and young people with disabilities and chronic health conditions and their families. Involved in the management of all phases of the research process – from funding and ethics applications, data collection, analysis and knowledge translation to team management and consultation with study stakeholders and collaborators. Presented research findings and project deliverables at national and international conferences and published findings in peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters.

Led the recruitment and matching of volunteer mentors with children and youth in the Greater Toronto Area. Provided case management to 100+ mentoring relationships between young people with diverse backgrounds and mentors in the Toronto community. Facilitated referrals to needed services, supports and resources for mentees and their families (housing, health and mental health services, recreational, educational and employment opportunities).
