The Employment Recovery Project was delivered by Inclusion Canada (formerly the Canadian Association for Community Living) and the Canadian Autism Spectrum Disorder Alliance (CASDA) and worked in collaboration with Ready, Willing and Able.*Led a national team of staff and consultants to successfully meet ambitious project deliverables within a short project timeline*Oversaw program fidelity across provinces and territories; managed all program operations and budgets; developed workflows and mechanisms for effective tracking and reporting*Successfully delivered Project Fast Track, a place-based training program designed to connect job seekers with businesses in growth sectors.
