I am a seasoned professional with 2 decades of experience in executive search and talent solutioning. My previous stint includes leadership position with India’s largest business services platform, Quess Corp Limited where I was one of the earliest members of the organisation and a key leader of the executive search practice. During my tenure at Quess Search, I extensively partnered with clients across Financial Services, specifically with global and home-grown investment firms in building mission critical teams for the region and their portfolio companies. Some of the other successful assignments have been in sectors such as RE, Industrials, EdTech and EV. I managed the P&L, business origination and development and led a team of talented consultants and researchers. Previously I worked with Adecco India where I led financial services recruitment practice for the firm for west India. Being a part of an exciting startup to scale growth story at Quess (erstwhile Ikya Human Capital Solutions) and at Adecco, my career learnings have been immense in driving core strategic initiatives at the firm, hands on origination and execution skills and engagement with internal and external stakeholders with high degree of focus and commitment. Building relationships is my forte, I enjoy cultivating a deep rooted network with clients and candidates alike.
