I work as Sales Support Administrator at ClickSoftware Europe Ltd. I am responsible for responding to RFPs, RFIs for prospects and current customers for West Europe. I work with various teams i-e technical pre-sales, professional services, worldwide support at ClickSoftware and also with partners like SAP, IBM, Logica, Cap for responding to the responses. I also handle support and maintenance renewasl and coordinating training needs for ClickSoftware’s existing customers. I am solely responsible to renew the annual support and maintenance contracts for our customers for West Europe which enables them to get resolutions for any issues they face while using our solutions. I worked as Assistant Manager for International Marketing at Sonata Software Ltd, India for their offshore sales and backend marketing support, I was working closely with an Onsite Sales Manager to help him develop new territories in USA and provide support in Offshore IT Services business development with activities like • Pre-Sales support , Lead Generation & Preparation of responses to RFPs/ RFIs, Customer presentations and visits, Research on new potential target market.
