About Radhika M.

My mission is to help people reach their fullest potential and experience holistic wellbeing—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Over the last decade, I’ve combined ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience to guide individuals towards overcoming stress, transforming their habits, and living more fulfilling lives.I help them break free from burnout, optimize their performance, and thrive both personally and professionally.
