As a Managing Director i'm responsible for the overall success and performance of MANUVERS, encompassing its strategic direction, operations and financial performance.Key responsibilities, but not limited to:- Setting the company's overall strategic direction and ensuring that the company is aligned with its goals and objectives- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that the company is delivering high-quality services and meeting its financial and operational goals.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and partners.- Developing and implementing business plans to support the company's growth and success, and ensuring that the company is financially sound and that its financial performance is aligned with its goals and objectives.- Building and maintaining a positive company culture and promoting a positive work environment for employees, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
