OperationsI ensure good operational conduct in both the office and well as in the Terra filter manufacturing factory. I made reporting system and simple dashboards with google sheet enabling management to gain real-time update on company operations and sales. I also implemented a feedback system, enabling employees from all levels to give their feedback and idea to the company. I am generally responsible for HR, procurement, data analysis and accounting. AnalyticalI analyzed sales, inventory, logistics, production and financial data with more than 300 new line items per month, mainly with google sheet as the analytical tool. I assisted KPI setting for each department and tracked department progress through the data, including finding possible causes of error. I work together with my colleagues in the first pilot project that launched terra's most viable product (MVP) to the community. I assisted with data cleaning and data analysis resulting in conclusive results that enabled the company decide on marketing and sales strategy to be applied in rural areas of Bali

OperationsI ensured good operations, involving supply chain of climate smart coffee and cocoa, from beans to ready products, and delivery to customers and retail partners. Farmers capacity buildingI coordinated farmers capacity building workshops in Bali and Flores called "climate field school" linking farmers to the knowledge about climate change through partnership with Indonesian Meteorological and Geophysics Agency. International eventsI organized a 3-day international workshops on sustainability and resilience with participants from more than 4 countries. I successfully held training workshops and field research exercises together with participants from Tokyo University and Tigermov inc. Japan

Future Farmers is an initiative that aims to tackle the problem of declining Indonesian youths' interests towards agriculture. The initiative is still under development phase and we are open for any kinds of collaborations! We have 3 target groups: firstly, current farmers by increasing their productivity and documenting their progress, secondly, university students, facilitating them as agent of change for current farmers and finally agricultural highschool student, increasing their employability and entrepreneurship in agriculture.
