I became the president & CEO of International Chem-Crete in 1987 and since I expanded the product line through research and acquisitions. Now International Chem-Crete Corp. is recognized world wide as a leading manufacturing company with more than 200 products in the field of green technologies and construction chemicals products. International Chem-Crete has now two manufacturing plants in North America, one plant in Europe and another one in Saudia Arabia. I hold two commercial patents for 2 of Chem-Crete products. These two patents are registered in USA, Europe and other countries . I am currently the chairman of the Chem-Crete Group .I am a member of the US Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Arab American Chamber of commerce. Also participate in several US trade missions Africa, & Europe,..etc)In 2009 I was appointed by the US secretary of commerce as a vice chair of North Texas District Export Council. Mr. Al-rashed is currently serving as the chairman of the North Texas District Export Council.

The District Export Councils contribute leadership and international trade expertise to complement the U.S. Commercial Service's export promotion efforts through counseling businesses on the exporting process and conducting trade education and community outreach. The primary objectives of the NTDEC are to educate the community about free trade and its benefits, and include "how to" education to promote exports by companies in our area.
