Support local senior management in the required regulatory reporting and audit in relation to the BBB EE requirements.Support in the effective management of employee relations issues.Advise and counsel managers on performance and conflict resolution.Assist in development of HR processes to contribute towards efficiencies. Develop, interpret and implement Firm policies and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure compliance with all appropriate local laws and regulations.Partner with HR colleagues including subject matter experts in a broad range of areas, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, global international assignments team, diversity, to provide a consistent and best practice approach in providing support to line clientsParticipate in Firm initiatives, as required, including networking events and relevant programs/talksInvolvement where necessary in applicable regulatory issues and ensure all fitness and proprietary requirements within groups are metProduction of ad hoc reports/statisticsWork as a team member within the HR organisation to advance the HR function.
