As a Lululemon Ambassador, I advocated for the brand’s values of wellness, fitness, and community engagement. I led and curated events, classes, and workshops to promote active living, sharing my passion for health and mind-body optimization with the community, while providing valuable feedback to strengthen Lululemon’s connection to the local fitness and wellness scene.I facilitated over 10 style sessions that centered around BIPOC individuals, bridging gaps and dismantling stigmas around representation within the brand. These sessions created a welcoming space to celebrate diverse perspectives and redefine what wellness looks like. Through personalized styling, open dialogue, and authentic storytelling, each session empowered attendees to see themselves reflected in the brand’s values. My mission: Create greater inclusivity and a sense of belonging in wellness and lifestyle spaces.

September 2021, I took a bold step and embarked on a career sabbatical in response to workplace discrimination. This decision launched me into an extraordinary journey across Ghana, Zanzibar, and Ethiopia—homelands rich with my heritage. Starting with volunteer work in a remote village, I found myself transformed by the experience, seeing the world, and my purpose, through a new lens. Fast Forward, this sabbatical became a pivotal chapter in my life, inspiring me to help others embrace their own unique paths to well-being in the workplace.
