About Adrian Radikovich
I'm a solution architect/software architect/developer/business analyst/project manager/change manager with practical and theoretical knowledge in both business and IT domains. My special interest is end-to-end business process improvement across all business functions through implementation and development of information systems. I'm a certified ITIL expert with strong business analysis skills (former CBAP) in addition to project management (Prince2 foundation) and change management skills. I have designed and built modifications to existing ERP systems functionality as well as whole new modules (latest in C# on Acumatica framework). I have also built CPM Business Intelligence models, reports, ETLs and data integrations (SSAS MDX cubes with Kepion and Amazon S3/Athena with Tableau). I have worked in many roles in a number of industries, in a constant mixture of new projects and business as usual support, in Australia and Europe. I have experience as an external consultant responsible for defining needs and providing end-to-end software solutions across the entire enterprise (from operations to finance). I also have experience as an internal IT department manager/project manager supporting the entire IT infrastructure, as well as a business operations manager across different departments. On one hand, I’m a hands-on technical person, with about half of my time spent working with code, databases, ERP configurations, integrations and so on. On the other hand, I’m a business person with an in-depth understanding of business functions across multiple industries, with the other half of my time spent analysing business needs and implementing business processes from the lowest operational levels to the strategic executive levels.I believe that my international education and experience, exposure to different roles and industries, and relevant best-practice certifications give me a thorough understanding of all the perspectives of a business software project and its implications. In my work and research, I have tried to obtain a holistic picture of all business functions of a modern enterprise.
Listed skills include Business Analysis, Project Management, Change Management, Business Process Management, and 46 others.
