Origamis is the ERP Odoo implementation partner for the Czech and Slovak market. My task is to participate in the implementation of Odoo from the initial analysis, through implementation planning, communication with our developers to the actual deployment of Odoo into live operation and subsequent expansion of the implementation functionality.

I am a co-founder of the e-shop Potěšpsa.cz selling dog-toys manually created in Czech workshops by handicapped people. Reas.cz is a Czech top real-estate portal that generates seller and buyer leads to real estate agents. It is a part of the first-league Czech venture capital group Miton.• I was responsible for our partnership development with 80+ brokers from 50+ real estate agencies.• My budget goal was 30.000-60.000 €/month.• At our team, I was the person responsible for pioneering the new business model (switch from pre-paid services to a model where we took % of revenues generated by us). We managed to switch all partners from the previous model to a new one in 6 months.

I was responsible for planning and implementation of completely new project. In this project students from Australia, Croatia, China and Hong-Kong came to Prague in order to teach English and show their culture to pupils of all age categories (from 7 to 30). Except of this I was responsible for selling students to summer camps where they taught English.My Key responsibilities were.:• Leading a team of 5 people.• Inventing an idea of this project, its planning and implementing.• Organizing a preparation seminar for students in order to help them with making of their own lessons.• Negotiating with elementary and secondary schools to allow project promotion during school lessons.• Making a budget and checking if the project keeps financially sustainable.• Cooperation with project promo team in order to get as much registered students as possible (in final we had 42 participants).• Taking care for foreign students, making events for them, checking if they feel well.I managed to satisfy all project's stakeholders and achieve a better project's profit than estimated.
