Regional Sales Consultant
Current• Business Development: Continuously mine areas of opportunities and analyse data bases to achieve targets, Pro-active planning of events, identify business opportunities, Arrange and attend business meetings with key stake holders in the region, Identify changes in market place i.e. Market trends, Products uptake Rates.• Budgeting: Preparation of regional budget for approval by the Executive. Monitoring costs and devising and implementing cost reduction strategies, evaluation of budget performance to ensure alignment with overall corporate budgets.• Revenue Enhancement: managing loan book to reduce non-performing loans, devising and implementing debt collection strategies, liaising with partners in debt recoveries, Credit vetting for new loan applications• Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to achieve sales targets, Resolving all client queries via phone or email, Conduct planned client visits for relationship maintenance. Develop relationships with new potential clients through regular interaction and product up-selling.• Management Functions: Develop and execute regional business, marketing and sales plans, Periodic evaluation of plans to identify gaps, review of sales plans, Sales forecasting, cost management, review of sales budget and branch budget, managing branch assets, • Sales Strategy: Devise a winning sales strategy and establish the sales plan to achieve set and agreed sales targets across agreed product/services on offer in Manicaland region,
