The program helped customers maintained their rigs’ marketability, and could save customers from costly reactivation work in the future• Streamlined the project workflow by working together with customers, shipyard, and vendors to ensure smooth operation and reduce man-hours cost by up to 40% for all stakeholders• Worked closely with clients to understand their concerns, and troubleshoot any issues during preservation program and resolved them in a timely manner to ensure clients’ satisfaction

• Achieved 100% completion onsite installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of various NOV drilling equipment, both independently or in team, with limited time and resources by working closely alongside customers to prevent further drilling rig downtime, and assure operational safety for the crew• Provided pre- and post-work assistance to customers utilizing NOV’s expertise and extensive knowledge database to deliver exceptional value to our customers while being cost-effective

• Developed intradepartmental computerised spare parts management system utilising Microsoft Excel VBA, enabling the authorised personnel to update, and closely monitor spare parts stock, location, and movement• The new system increased transparency and traceability by recording the action taken in every login session by authorised personnel. This enabled the department head to have clearer picture of and more control over the spare parts management

• Designed new training material of machining process in crankshaft production line for new operators that reduced the training time by 2 days• Studied and recorded each machining process taken to process raw crankshaft die cast into finished part. First-hand data and feedback from the operators and line foremen were incorporated into the newly designed training material to ensure its practicality and relevance
