Compliance, Contract Development, Government Assets Swap Transfer, Land Acquisition.

Legal Counsel, as in house legal counsel preparing and supporting legal document requirement on corporate action;Assisting and advising in negotiation process to reach an amicable settlement in legal dispute related in consumer Bad Debt, Breach of Agreement, Intellectual Property Rights regard to Copyright Infringement Claim, supporting Syariah Corporate bond issuance, preparing standard legal document of IPR compliance, sales and marketing contract reviewing. Assisting, advising and negotiation in preparing commercials agreements relating to distribution, bundling, promotion, sales , marketing and development of value added service in telecommunication industry, preparing Legal Opinion in every commercial activity.Conducting internal IPR Legal Audit concerning any license and permit related to commercial business transaction.

Preparing legal due diligence report to propose of public listed company acquisition transaction on banking service;Preparing legal due diligence report to propose of company acquisition transaction on Mining company;Preparing legal due diligence report to propose land acquisition / site acquisition transaction (SITAC) on foreign Oil & Gas Company; Preparing legal due diligence report to propose of Merger transaction Public Listed Company; Dealing with and conducting research at government officials, such as Capital Market Supervisory Board , Capital Investment Coordinating Board Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, National Land Agency and Regional Government.
